The Upton Bishop Village Hall Trust is a charity which is registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales, number 1051092.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The hall is run by a team of volunteers who form the Millennium Hall Management Committee and serve as the Charity Trustees.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The committee consists of six local residents who are elected at the Annual General Meeting and three who are appointed, one from each of Upton Bishop Parish Council, Upton Bishop Parochial Church Council and Upton Bishop WI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The current Management Committee members are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Peter Spencer-George<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pollyanna Bushell <\/p>\n\n\n\n George Pendlebury (Treasurer)<\/p>\n\n\n\n Olivia Boon (Secretary) (Parochial Church Council)<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mike Tyers (Parish Council)<\/p>\n\n\n\n There is currently a vacancy for elected trustees and the WI representative. If anyone would like to apply, find out more or help as a volunteer, without becoming committee members, we\u2019d love to hear from them!<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Committee is responsible for the smooth running of the hall, its maintenance and financial sustainability. The Committee welcomes ideas and suggestions for uses of the hall and grounds by local residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you are interested in volunteering to help in any way with the running of the hall or its up-keep, the committee would be delighted to hear from you.
